The Matrix Quality Standard
All the LSC's IAG providers must achieve accreditation against the matrix quality standard – the only quality standard specifically designed for the provision of information, advice and guidance (IAG).
The purpose of the matrix standard is to:
- Identify the essential features of successful delivery of an IAG service
- Provide key indicators to help organisations measure their current activities
- Help organisations raise their game
- Keep high standards and improve the service.
There are currently 1,467 organisations accredited with meeting the matrix quality standard. If you'd like to know more about it, please click here.
